We are not responsible for issues related to underlying surfaces such as water damage, mold, rotted wood, or previous poor workmanship. If such conditions are discovered, we will notify you and any additional work may require added cost.
3. Color Selection & Variations
All paint colors are selected and approved by the client. Variations in tone or finish may occur due to lighting, surface conditions, or material differences. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on color perception after application.
4. Weather & Scheduling
Exterior work is dependent on weather conditions. Delays may occur due to rain, humidity, or unsafe conditions. We prioritize quality and safety when scheduling work.
5. Drying & Curing
Paint requires time to fully dry and cure. Clients agree to avoid contact with freshly painted surfaces. We are not responsible for damage caused by premature contact or environmental factors such as dust, debris, or insects.
6. Property Protection
We take precautions to protect surrounding areas during the project. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, including residents, pets, or other contractors after work is completed.
7. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions.
8. Limited Warranty
Any warranty provided applies only to workmanship under normal conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, environmental factors, or lack of maintenance.
